Mr. Bar Zemer was born in Israel and graduated from the Music Academy of Jerusalem. In 1987, he abandoned a promising career as a saxophonist, moved to Los Angeles and founded Dekel Construction. In 1997, Bar Zemer joined the CIM Group, LLC as the Vice President of Construction. He is a founder of the Institute for Field Research (IFR), a member of the Planning Committee of the New Cities Foundation (NCF) and serves on the Board of the Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association (LARABA). Bar Zemer, his wife Gudrun and his two daughters, Yasmin and Miriam live in Downtown Los Angeles.LEONARD HILL

Mr. Hill is a native Angeleno, born in 1947 at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital. A 1965 graduate of University High School, Mr. Hill received his B.A. (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Yale University and an M.A. from Stanford. He began his professional career as a writer for television, eventually working as a network executive at NBC and ABC before starting an independent production company, Leonard Hill Films (LHF), in 1980. LHF produced over 50 television movies and three series with a combined production budget exceeding $300,000,000. Hill was the founder and chair of Allied Communications, Inc., a television distribution company that was sold to Pearson, Plc in 1994. Hill is also a Cornerstone Founder and past Board Member of the Los Angeles Conservancy.
